The goals of the Wellness Program are to:

• Recognize and reward individual well-being participation
Random Acts of Kindness
Sometimes it is the smallest act that makes the biggest impact – a kind word, a lending ear, a comforting hug, or a warm and simple smile. Make someone’s day by doing a kind act for them anonymously and leave one of the kindness cards (click on the image for the template) to start a ripple of kindness that has no end!
