A Year-Long Professional Learning Program for New & Transitioning Special Education Teachers

Build confidence. Strengthen your practice. Connect with peers.

Beginning a career in special education can be both exciting and challenging. ELEVATE is a year-long professional learning experience designed to help new and transitioning special education teachers develop the knowledge, practical skills, and confidence needed to thrive in today's classrooms.

Through a combination of four in-person learning days and five live virtual coaching sessions, participants receive ongoing support from experienced professionals while building a network of colleagues facing similar challenges. Rather than a one-time workshop, ELEVATE provides continuous learning and coaching throughout the school year, allowing participants to immediately apply new strategies in their classrooms and return with questions, successes, and ideas.

Whether you're brand new to special education or transitioning into a new role, ELEVATE provides practical guidance, collaborative learning, and resources that support long-term success.
