ADA Compliance Statement

The South Central Service Cooperative (SCSC) is committed to providing digital content that every student, family member, staff member, and community partner, including those with disabilities, can use. All SCSC websites, digital documents, and mobile applications are being developed and maintained to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 and, in turn, the ADA Title II Final Rule (2024). Our goal is full conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards, or any future updates adopted by the U.S. Department of Justice.

We are actively working to improve accessibility across all digital platforms. This includes regular reviews, staff training, accessibility checks during website updates, and clear expectations for vendors who provide digital tools and content to the South Central Service Cooperative’s programs.
