The South Central Service Cooperative’s Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) Leaders Community of Practice brings together ECSE leaders from across the region to collaborate, learn, and problem-solve. Through ongoing engagement, participants discuss emerging initiatives, share best practices, and work through local challenges related to early childhood special education services.
This community also explores topics related to compliance, due process, instructional leadership, and program development in order to strengthen ECSE systems and support effective services for young children and their families. The network relies on active participation, open discussion, and shared learning to empower leaders in their work and enhance outcomes for children and families.
