SCSC supports educators in implementing structured literacy practices aligned with Minnesota literacy standards MN READ Act. This work goes beyond required training to provide practical, classroom-based strategies that strengthen literacy instruction across grade levels and content areas.

Support is designed to help educators build the knowledge and skills needed to integrate literacy practices into daily instruction, ensuring all students have access to meaningful learning experiences.

Our Approach

SCSC’s approach to literacy support emphasizes practical application and alignment to standards. Support is tailored to meet the needs of schools, teams, and individual educators, with a focus on building sustainable instructional practices.

This work may be provided at the school-wide, PLC, or individual level and focuses on helping educators understand structured literacy and apply it within their specific content areas.
