SCSC supports educators in creating classroom environments that are inclusive, consistent, and supportive of all learners. This work focuses on establishing relationships, routines, procedures, and instructional practices that promote a positive learning environment and support student success.

Support is designed to help educators build classroom systems that foster belonging, create conditions where all students can engage and imporve student learning outcomes.

Our Approach

SCSC’s approach emphasizes proactive, classroom-based practices that support both student interactions and learning. Professional development is grounded in school-wide frameworks and tailored to align with classroom implementation.

Support focuses on helping educators design and implement Tier 1 and Tier 2 routines and procedures that are clear, consistent, and sustainable. Professional development may be provided to large groups, small groups, or individuals and can be supplemented with instructional coaching to support implementation.
