Long-Term Facilities Maintenance (LTFM) Town Hall

SCSC is hosting a LTFM Town Hall meeting on June 5 with Sarah Miller-MDE Education Finance Specialist with guest speaker Craig Lee-DOLI  MNOSHA Inspector. This meeting is open to Superintendents, Business Managers, Health & Safety Managers and Facilities Directors. This is a no cost event. Click Here to register.

Sarah Miller will cover Long-Term Facilities Maintenance (LTFM) FAQs to include a 23–24 Legislative overview and scenarios:  Revenues, Expenditures, popular allowable/unallowable project inquiries.  Sarah Miller will also provide an overview of FY 26 LTFM Ten-Year Plan Application due July 31, 2024 to include a UFARS LTFM coding handout.

Our guest speaker Craig Lee from the Department of Labor and Industry will provide an update on current violation in MNOSHA Pre-K school visits including inspection priorities, inspection process and types of citations found in the school environment and associated penalties.

Our speakers and SCSC staff and partners will be on-hand for networking and follow-up questions.  Continental breakfast available during networking time from 8:00–8:30 a.m.
