This workshop is designed to help city and county teams take a structured, practical approach to facility planning so priorities and facility needs clearly inform your Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) and support confident decision-making ahead of the budget cycle.

Through interactive discussions and hands-on planning exercises, participants will learn a practical framework for evaluating facilities, identifying priorities, developing long-term plans, and aligning facility investments with organizational goals and available funding.
