The Social Worker Community of Practice (CoP) is open to all school social workers and community-based social workers who support children, youth, and families across Birth - Grade 12 settings. We will gather to collaborate, support each other, engage in consultation, and learn - with the goals of improving our practice in supporting youth, families, and communities.
