The Center for Interactive Learning and Collaboration (CILC), a nonprofit program of the South Central Service Cooperative, connects schools, districts, and lifelong learning communities with live, interactive virtual experiences led by expert Content Providers from museums, science centers, zoos, aquariums, historic sites, and other cultural institutions around the world. These real-time programs bring experts directly into learning and community spaces, expanding access to high-quality educational opportunities while making it easy for educators to enrich instruction without leaving their building.
Through CILC’s Open a Bank option, schools and districts can purchase a bundle of programs based on subject or theme that can be scheduled throughout the year at dates and times that work best for their schedule. This flexible approach allows educators to book live virtual field trips and expert-led sessions as needed, making it simple to align experiences with standards while maximizing value and convenience.
CILC also offers live webinar series, complete with a dedicated webinar room, live moderation, and full coordination with expert presenters to ensure a smooth and engaging experience. In addition, organizations can rent CILC’s webinar and moderation services to host their own live virtual events, leveraging CILC’s expertise in managing interactive online programs for schools, educators, and learning communities.
