Facilities Planning Unlocked - Session 3
Calling all Superintendents, Business Managers, Facility Directors, Facility Planning Staff, and Environmental Health & Safety Professionals! In partnership with South Central Service Cooperative, ICS is offering Facilities Planning Unlocked. With expert-level guidance, this hands-on series will provide the keys to unlock the potential of your long-range plan.
During these sessions, ICS will provide best practices for those who do what across facilities, finance, and administration, identify funding sources for established needs, and outline communication strategies that foster community engagement.

Session 3
Module 5 – Fund and Communicate the Preferred Plan
This module provides instruction on funding options, approval processes, and communication strategies. Workshop activities help participants explore funding scenarios and practice clear messaging for staff, school boards, and community stakeholders.
Module 6 – Implement, Monitor, and Adjust
Participants will learn best practices for implementing facility plans through construction, renovation, and occupancy. Breakout exercises focus on monitoring performance, managing change, and adapting plans over time to support continuous improvement.
