to
8 a.m. – 4 p.m., Doors Open at 7:45 a.m.
SCSC Conference Center, 2075 Lookout Drive, North Mankato

The “I Love U Guys” Foundation will host a full-day Train-the-Trainer workshop offering an advanced introduction to the Standard Response Protocol (SRP) and the Standard Reunification Method (SRM)—two nationally adopted frameworks used in more than 45,000 schools, districts, agencies, and organizations worldwide.

This immersive workshop provides participants with a deep understanding of how the SRP’s five actions and directives strengthen all-hazards school safety planning. Attendees will learn the history, core concepts, and real-world application of SRP, along with practical guidance for training staff and incorporating SRP into districtwide safety systems.

The training also covers the SRM, equipping participants to plan, practice, and execute an effective reunification following a crisis. Participants will learn how to organize reunification teams, develop operational plans, and implement a method that reduces chaos and supports accountability during stressful situations.

Designed for educators, administrators, school and district safety teams, campus supervisors, emergency managers, law enforcement, fire/EMS, and victim advocates, this workshop builds the internal capacity needed to deliver SRP and SRM training with fidelity across a school or district.

Attendees will leave with greater readiness, confidence, and the tools necessary to enhance safety practices and reunification procedures within their local systems.

Cost: $30.00
