Executive Director - Central Community Transit (CCT)

Central Community Transit (CCT) is hiring an Executive Director to guide a growing regional transit system into its next chapter.  Based in Willmar, Minnesota, this dynamic role offers the chance to make a real impact by connecting residents across Kandiyohi, Renville, and Meeker counties to vital services, employment, education, and daily life.  CCT is seeking a visionary administrator who excels in collaboration, strategic planning, and building a strong, positive organizational culture.  The Executive Director will lead a dedicated team, oversee operations across multiple locations, and champion high-quality, customer-focused public transit for all ages.

Salary Range: $105,000 - $120,000
