The Cooperative Purchasing program is designed to help cities, counties and other governmental agencies fulfill your purchasing needs while making your buying process more efficient by saving you time and money.

Cooperative Purchasing Connection LogoAll of the vendor agreements are the result of formal bids or negotiated contracts. By partnering with reputable vendors and combining the purchasing power of service cooperative members, you receive a wide variety of high quality products and services with excellent volume discounts.

Some portions of the Cooperative Purchasing site are password protected. First time users will need to create an account by selecting "Don't Have an Account" and entering their email and organization.

The Association of Educational Purchasing Agencies (AEPA) provides another avenue to volume purchasing contracts. South Central Service Cooperative and the Minnesota Service Cooperatives are participating members in the AEPA, which means as a member, you have access to the contracts established through AEPA.

NJPA is a Minnesota government agency, similar to SCSC that establishes an alliance between buyers and suppliers for use by education, government and non-profits. Cooperative purchasing with NJPA leverages the national purchasing power of more than 50,000 member agencies while also streamlining the required purchasing process. As a municipal national contracting agency, NJPA contracts meet Minnesota’s procurement laws, local bid requirements and/or Joint Powers Authority.
