• Dental Insurance: Voluntary Dental Insurance could lower benefit plan costs while adding a desired employee benefit. This is a voluntary program that allows groups to choose from three dental plans (2 options each) and is offered through National Insurance Services and underwritten by Delta Dental of Minnesota.

• Disease Management: SCSC partners with BlueCross BlueShield of Minnesota (BCBSMN) to provide diabetes, cardiac and respiratory treatment programs.
   
• Flexible Spending Accounts (125 plans): SCSC partners with SelectAccount and Horace Mann to bring you effective and efficient 125 plan administration.

• Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB)

• Health Insurance: SCSC partners with BlueCross BlueShield of Minnesota (BCBSMN) to provide a large variety of health plans to meet the needs of your employees.
   
• Life Insurance: SCSC’s public sector benefits expert, National Insurance Services (NIS), can customize a Group Life Insurance plan to meet your needs. Mutual of Omaha underwrites the majority of these policies. However, NIS works with a variety of insurance carriers to ensure a seamless match to your bargained contracts.

• Long-Term Disability Insurance: Long-Term Disability (LTD) Insurance is a complicated product. SCSC’s LTD Insurance partner, National Insurance Services (NIS), is a public sector specialist that will help you align your benefit contracts with contract language and best practices for LTD insurance.
