Close Up is the nation’s largest nonprofit, nonpartisan civic education organization.
The Close Up Washington program is a week-long study visit of our nation’s capital that is designed to teach students about current issues, government and the political process, and inspire students to become lifelong active participants in our democracy.
Close Up’s Teacher Program is for adult participants who travel to DC with students for the week. This program is FREE for teachers who bring 10 students on the Close Up program.

- Teachers can earn graduate credit (3 credits) or CEUs (3) for their participation in Teacher Program.
