An introduction for teachers to the SMART Technology white board, its applications, and some tips and tricks with its use. Instructors Dave Henning and Charlie Johnson demonstrate various applications allowing time for limited hands-on practice with prepared lessons and promote sharing lessons and ideas amongst the participants.
Wireless Internet access is available in the room. Please bring a laptop with SMART Notebook v10, Essentials for Educators, and Lesson Activity Toolkit software installed for use in a hands-on lesson and accessing SMART resources online.

The Online Teaching Course is a six-week fully-online professional development course that will enable K-12 teachers to attain the knowledge and develop the skills needed to be effective facilitators of highly interactive, technology-mediated learning, in both fully online and "blended" online learning environments.
